Company
Built here, held to the same standard as anywhere else.
NeoSur Intelligence N.V. is an applied-AI company based in Paramaribo, Suriname. We build systems for businesses and consumers across the Caribbean, and we run one practice with a deliberately uncomfortable standard: security findings that survive being questioned.
Mission
Democratise AI in Suriname.
Accessible tools that drive business efficiency and empower consumers — not enterprise software re-priced for a market that cannot afford it, and not a consultancy that leaves when the invoice clears.
Vision
The Caribbean's leading AI provider by 2030.
Starting in Suriname, extending across the Caribbean and into South America — as a company that ships products, not just proposals.
NeoSur Intelligence N.V. is a Surinamese naamloze vennootschap, incorporated in Paramaribo. The plans behind this company are ambitious; the claims on this site are deliberately smaller than the ambition, because a promise we can evidence is worth more than a projection we can't.
Who we serve
Two markets, one standard.
- Businesses — small and medium enterprises in Suriname's core sectors: mining, oil and gas, agriculture, and services. Typically teams that know exactly where the hours are lost and have no internal AI capacity to fix it.
- Consumers — urban users in Paramaribo and the wider coastal region, 18 to 45, who want tools in their own language, their own currency, and their own geography.
- Institutions — clinics, schools and lenders that need a system built to a standard they can defend to a regulator, a board or a parent.
Why
The regional gap isn't talent. It's leverage.
Surinamese and Caribbean organisations are offered two bad options: imported software that assumes a different market, or nothing at all. We think there's a third — systems built for local language, currency, geography and regulation, with engineering discipline that doesn't get discounted because of the timezone.
Local by default
SRD, USD and EUR. Dutch, English and Sranan Tongo. Paramaribo traffic and Caribbean supply chains. The defaults are local, not translated afterwards.
Measured, then claimed
We set a target before an engagement and report against it after. We do not present a target as a result.
Documented work
Every deliverable is something you can file, diff and audit later — not a slide deck and a promise.
How the business works
Services today, products next.
Work starts as a scoped project: consulting, implementation, training and support. What repeats becomes a subscription. What appears in every subscription becomes a product — and the products are the point.
- Project revenue — scoping, implementation, integration, staff training.
- Recurring revenue — subscriptions for systems we run and maintain.
- Product revenue — SaaS and consumer apps that do not require us in the room.
Rules of engagement
How we conduct an audit.
- Scope is agreed in writing before work starts, including what is explicitly out of scope.
- Authorisation is documented. We audit only systems the client owns or is authorised to test, and we ask for that in writing.
- Production is off limits. No live exploitation, no availability testing against shared services, no changes to client systems.
- Data is handled minimally. We work from source, avoid copying personal data, and destroy engagement artifacts on request.
- Findings are confidential until the client authorises disclosure. We do not name clients without permission.
Responsible disclosure
Found something in our own systems?
Tell us before you tell anyone else, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. We won't pursue researchers acting in good faith within the scope below.
- Report to security@neosurintelligence.com with the affected system, reproduction steps and impact.
- Do not access, modify or exfiltrate data that isn't yours, and do not degrade service for other users.
- Do not test against customer environments or third-party systems we do not control.
- We will acknowledge your report, tell you what we found, and credit you if you'd like — with your consent, not by default.
The studio
What we are not.
We are not a certification body, an auditor of record, or a reseller of someone else's scanner. We do not claim compliance certifications we don't hold, and we won't sign an attestation we can't defend in front of your regulator.
Where we are
Paramaribo, Suriname — working remotely with clients across the Caribbean and, where the fit is right, beyond it.
